My domain has moved to another provider, can I still access my email at weboke.nl?

Suppose you have transferred your domain to another provider, but you still have (or had) email on our server and you still want to copy it. That is perfectly possible as long as your hosting account still exists with us, although it does require a few special steps.

Logging in to webmail
When you log in to our webmail (https://webmail.weboke.nl), enter your email address as the username and your password as the password, as you are used to. As the server name, enter the name of the server where your hosting account is located. See the description of the server name below.

Via your email program (such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail etc.)
In your email program, go to the settings of your email account (or create a new account). Wherever you had entered mail.yourdomain.xx, now enter the server name instead of your domain name. That way you can still access your email.

Server name
We sent you the server name in the email with your account details. It looks like linuxXX.webawere.nl, where XX is a number.
