Filling in a PDF form
Watch it in a short video
Did you receive a PDF with fillable fields, for example a registration form? Then simply fill it in in Euro-Office, without printing or scanning.
- Open the PDF in your WebOké Nextcloud.
- Click in a field and type. Use Tab to go to the next field, and Shift + Tab to go back.
- For a drop-down list, choose a value from the list, and click a checkbox to tick it.
- Euro-Office automatically saves your input in the PDF.
Sending the completed form
Download the completed PDF via File and Download as, and send it as an attachment. Or share it directly from your Nextcloud with a link, see Een openbare link maken (lezen of bewerken).
Tip: does the PDF have no fillable fields, for example a scanned form? Then use the Text Comment on the Comment tab to place text in the right spot.
